A live, ongoing group programme for women who are ready to become curious about the patterns that have shaped their lives, and discover more of who they really are.
There are moments in life when you begin to wonder why you do the things you do.
A reaction you didn't expect.
A familiar pattern appearing again.
A relationship that feels strangely similar to the last one.
A moment when you hear yourself say, "Why did I do that?"
Why some situations affect you more deeply than others. Why you keep finding yourself in familiar patterns, even when you promised yourself things would be different.
You might not have the words for it yet. You might simply have a feeling that there has to be more to understand about yourself.
Until one day, something makes you curious. And perhaps that curiosity begins with a question.
"Why am I like this?"
Have you ever asked yourself that question?
Perhaps you have found yourself reacting in a way you didn't understand.
Maybe you have found yourself in another relationship that felt strangely familiar, said yes when you really wanted to say no, or put everyone else's needs before your own.
You may even have repeated something you promised yourself you would never do again.
You know better. You understand what you are doing, yet somehow, you find yourself doing it anyway.
Perhaps you have wondered why you keep attracting the same kind of people, why you no longer feel like yourself, or why you always seem to put everyone else first. You may be able to see the pattern clearly and still feel unable to change it.
Somewhere along the way, you may even have begun to wonder whether there is simply something wrong with you.
What if there is actually a reason you are the way you are?
What if the patterns, behaviours and responses you have developed throughout your life make far more sense than you realise?
What if you could begin to understand where they came from and why they became part of your life?
What if seeing yourself differently could change the way you understand yourself, your choices and the life you are living?
I call that younger version of you Mini Me.
The younger version of you
Mini Me is the younger version of you who was learning about the world, relationships, safety, belonging and who she is and how she fits in.
From everything she experienced, heard, saw and felt, she was constantly gathering information. Using the limited perspective she had at the time, she began to draw conclusions about herself and the world around her.
She began to form ideas about whether she was safe, whether she mattered, whether she belonged, what she needed to do to be loved, what she could expect from other people and what she believed she deserved.
Those conclusions did not simply disappear as she grew up.
They remain beneath conscious awareness, quietly influencing how you see yourself, your relationships, and the choices you make today.
You might carry conclusions such as:
These conclusions did not appear from nowhere. They developed through your experiences and, importantly, the meaning you gave to those experiences.
That's why two people can experience something similar and come away with completely different conclusions. The experience matters, but so does the meaning we make from it.
Mini Me was simply trying to make sense of life with the information she had available. She did not have the perspective, knowledge or experience you have today. She made the best sense she could of what was happening around her.
Those conclusions can continue to influence the relationships you choose, what you tolerate, the opportunities you believe are available to you, the boundaries you set and what you believe you deserve.
Everything is connected.
How you feel about yourself influences the choices you make, the relationships you create, the boundaries you hold, and the way you move through the world. The conclusions you carry do not stay contained in one area of your life. They travel with you.
Your relationships can become a mirror to your internal world, showing you what you believe, what you expect and what you are prepared to accept.
When you begin to look at these patterns with curiosity rather than judgement, you can start to discover the connections.
That is what coming home to yourself really means.
It is about becoming curious about who you learned to be and discovering more of who you really are.
Beneath the old roles, expectations and survival patterns, there are parts of you that may have been waiting to be seen again. There are qualities, desires and possibilities you may have lost touch with while becoming who you believed you needed to be.
There is more of you waiting to be discovered.
This is where your journey begins.
Come Home To Yourself is a live, ongoing group programme designed to help you explore the questions beneath the questions.
Each month, we turn our attention to a different area of life, such as relationships, money, health, emotional wellbeing, self-worth, purpose, and your relationship with yourself.
Every theme gives us somewhere to begin, but there is no fixed path you have to follow. Each week, we explore a different aspect of the theme, letting the questions, connections, and discoveries that arise guide the conversation.
You may begin with relationships and discover that the real question is not simply "Why do I keep choosing these people?" but "What have I learned about love, belonging and what I deserve?"
You might begin with money and discover that the conversation takes you somewhere much deeper into your relationship with worth, safety, receiving or what you believe is possible for you.
You might begin with self-worth and uncover conclusions you made about yourself long before you had the perspective to question them.
This is what makes Come Home To Yourself different.
We are not simply exploring the subject on the surface. We are becoming curious about what sits beneath it.
Because wherever we begin, the journey always comes back to you.
Your experiences.
Your patterns.
Your conclusions.
Your identity.
Your relationship with yourself.
The subject changes each month. The journey is always back to you.
We meet live each week to explore, question, reflect and discover together. You are part of a live experience, there is space for questions, conversation, different perspectives and the unexpected discoveries that often emerge when we become curious.
Every woman brings her own experiences and understanding to the group. Sometimes another woman's question helps you see something in yourself. Sometimes you hear somebody describe an experience and suddenly find language for something you have never quite been able to explain.
If life gets in the way and you cannot join us live, every session is recorded. You can watch the replay when it suits you, and return to previous conversations whenever you want to revisit a topic or go deeper. Over time, the replay library grows alongside your own discoveries, a conversation you listen to today may mean something completely different to you six months from now.
The conversation continues throughout the week inside our private Come Home To Yourself WhatsApp group.
This is a space where you can share thoughts, ask questions, celebrate a discovery, or simply continue reflecting on something that came up during the live session.
Sometimes an insight arrives days after the conversation that sparked it. Sometimes you hear another woman's experience and suddenly see your own life differently. Having a space to share those moments means you don't have to keep them to yourself.
The WhatsApp group gives you ongoing connection and support between our live sessions, so you remain part of the conversation throughout the week.
There is no pressure to be constantly active. You can join in when you feel called to, read the conversations quietly, or simply take what you need from the space.
It is another part of coming home to yourself, surrounded by women who are on their own journeys of curiosity and discovery.
A supportive group programme to help you understand your patterns, beliefs and protective behaviours and reconnect with who you are underneath everything you learned you had to be.
For women who are tired of asking:
"Why am I like this?"
You may be repeating the same patterns, putting everyone else first, struggling with boundaries or simply feeling like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way.
That's okay.
You don't need to have all the answers before you begin. You may simply know that something isn't working or that you don't feel like yourself anymore.
We'll begin with curiosity and explore things together.
No. This is an educational and transformational group programme and doesn't replace therapy or medical support.
We explore patterns, beliefs and the ways our experiences have shaped how we see ourselves and move through the world.

Mini Me is the younger version of you who was learning how the world worked.
She made conclusions about love, safety, belonging and who she needed to be using the information she had at the time.
Those conclusions made sense then. But you may still be living by them now.
Understanding a pattern and changing a pattern are two different things.
This work helps you recognise what's happening, understand what may be driving it and begin creating the possibility of a different response.
No.
You can share as much or as little as feels right for you. And if you feel more comfortable having your camera off, that's okay too.
You are invited, never forced.
You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and only explore what feels right for you.
The WhatsApp group also gives you a place to reach out between sessions if you need to share something, ask a question or simply let the group know that something has come up for you.
You never have to share anything you don't feel comfortable sharing. You can listen, reflect and take your time.
If something feels like it would benefit from more individual attention, we can also talk about whether a 1:1 session with me would be appropriate.
You don't have to navigate your journey alone, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
Life happens!
Sessions are recorded, so you can catch up in your own time if you can't make it live.
If you're ready to understand yourself with more curiosity and less judgement…
If you're tired of repeating the same patterns…
And if part of you is wondering where you went…
This is your invitation.
The only thing you need is to be curious enough to begin. You begin exactly where you are — the door is open.
