At Wellness With Rachel and through the Decode Root Cause Method, we are committed to providing high-quality, transformational experiences rooted in deep emotional and energetic healing. Our work is built on mutual trust, soul alignment, and personal responsibility. 

Because of the energetic nature of this work and the commitment required from both practitioner and client, the following refund policy applies:

All sessions (single or packages) are non-refundable once purchased. By enrolling, you are committing to a transformational process, and much of the work begins the moment you say “yes” — not just during the session itself. Energy is exchanged from the outset, and your commitment is part of what activates healing.

All digital courses and trainings (including the practitioner certification in the Decode Root Cause Method) are non-refundable. These materials are delivered with immediate access to sensitive intellectual property and energetic transmission that cannot be returned once received.

We encourage you to read the course description carefully and trust your inner “yes” before enrolling. If you’re unsure if a programme is right for you, feel free to reach out for a clarity call before signing up.
